I played the blue ball but the white went in off do i still get the five points and award my aponent 5 for the foul? and do i have to re spot the blue?

You don't say whether the blue went in the pocket...
But if you went in off, then the penalty is 5 points (awarded to you opponent).

However, the above still applies even if you potted the blue then went in off, and in this case the blue is re-spotted - but you don't get any points for the pot!
